BAPTISM

 

After accepting Jesus as your Savior, the Bible instructs us that baptism is the first step of obedience (Matthew 28:19-20).  We believe that every new believer should be biblically baptized (Acts 2:40-41).

​Scripture shows that baptism allows a believer to publicly share his/her desire to obey God and have

a genuine relationship with Him. At LHC we baptize at the river or heated indoor pool at the

local motel (depending on the season).
